AutoCane Spring Rally 2024 was a vibrant spring gathering that brought together automotive culture enthusiasts from across Texas. More than 80 cars were on display, ranging from classic retro models to modern tuning projects with unique modifications. The atmosphere was light, warm, and very friendly, like a big family car picnic.
Highlights of the event
Slalom races (Spring Slalom Run)
Participants were able to test their cars on a specially prepared track. The slalom became one of the most spectacular activities of the day — the queue of those wishing to try their hand at it did not subside for several hours. Lightweight turbo projects stood out in particular, demonstrating excellent handling.
Professional photo zone
A team of guest photographers created studio conditions right on the open-air site: soft lighting, background screens, dynamic angles. Each participant left with high-quality photos, many of which later adorned the participants’ social media profiles and became part of the official AutoCane archive.
Sound Stage Battle
A car audio competition was held in a special area. Both classic SPL systems and pure SQ settings were presented. The roar of the subwoofers attracted the most spectators, and several projects showed results above expectations for the amateur level.
Audience Choice Award
The 1968 Ford Mustang, completely restored by hand by one of the participants, became the crowd favorite. The car stood out for its original condition and deep vintage paint color. Many guests approached the car to take photos and chat with the owner.
