12:30 p.m. — Welcome Show

  • Welcome speech by organizers;
  • Presentation of partners;
  • AutoCane Day opens.

1:00 p.m. — Contests and activities

  • Show’n’Shine — appearance contest;
  • Best Engine Bay — best engine compartment;
  • Cleanest Build — neatest project;
  • Interactive activities from partners (detailing, tuning, car audio).

2:30 p.m. — Photo parade of participants

  • Professional photo shoot for cars;
  • Group photos of clubs and teams.

3:30 p.m. — Sound Battle

  • Exhaust volume measurement;
  • Car audio contest (SPL Light Category).

17:00 — Drive Parade

  • Ceremonial drive around the venue;
  • Organized convoy with escort.

18:00 — Awarding of winners

  • Top 5 projects of the day;
  • Special awards from partners;
  • Audience Choice Award.

18:30 — Closing of the official program

  • Free communication;
  • Evening photo session;
  • Preparation for departure.

19:00 — End of the event

Meet the Team

Organizers who make every gathering unforgettable

Everett Cole— Founder and Chief Organizer

A fan of muscle cars and retro cars, Everett oversees all AutoCane events, is responsible for the concept and program, and personally monitors the safety and quality of each event.

Jean Gonzalez — Participant Coordinator

Responsible for participant registration, the car catalog, and competitive activities. He is always in touch with participants and helps create a friendly atmosphere at the rally.

Charles Shoffner — PR and Communications

He handles media, promotion, and communications with partners. He organizes photo zones, video shooting, and event announcements on social media.

Jackie Barrentine — Logistics and Venue

Oversees route planning, vehicle placement, and activity zones. Ensures order at the venue and comfort for participants.

Bert Black — Technical Curator

Advises on automotive technology, organizes test drives, slalom races, and drift zones. Ensures safety during all activities involving vehicles.

Freddie Catanzaro — Art Director and Visual Concept

Responsible for banner design, venue decoration, branding, and visual style for all AutoCane events.
