On my own cars, I like to run a wheel offset that makes my tire sidewalls flush with the vehicle’s body. But as an observer and appreciator of other people’s hoopties, I think a super-aggressive offset making rubber poke out like this looks awesome.

Something about the way this Taco sat, so low and wide, really put a big smile on my face. This truck, in this body style, in this color, with these wheels, just looked like it had a lot of attitude and wanted to party. I could picture the thing bounding down a dirt road, making a lot of tail-happy turns.
When’s the last time you saw a late-model two-door Tacoma, anyway? Trucks this small are all but extinct in America these days, which is a bummer because they look really good. In fact, I’d go so far as to say I bet a lot of folks have forgotten just how good a single-cab truck with a short little bed really looks.
